One-on-One Fitness owner Michael J. Sokol was grateful to have been nominated three years in a row (2003, 2004 and 2005) for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Trainer of the Year Award. This award was created in 1999 to publicly recognize the contribution fitness professionals have made to the fitness industry. ACE annually honors fitness professionals who have excelled in the areas of client development and training techniques, among other things.
