We believe that in order to achieve any goal, especially fitness goals, we must first help the client define specific and realistic goals and set a specific timeframe in which to achieve those goals. Then, we will develop an exercise and nutrition program to achieve those goals. If the client does not notice some results within two to four weeks, we will re-evaluate the client's fitness program and modify it accordingly. Most fitness goals can be reached within three months, exercising only three to four hours each week.

A crucial element to reaching goals, however, is a positive mental attitude and a willingness to accept challenges and overcome obstacles. We help our clients keep their attitudes positive, provide creative and simple solutions for overcoming obstacles, and show them that the glass is always half–full, rather than half–empty. To date, we have a 100% success rate.

The Three Requirements for Achieving All Fitness Goals
In order for every client to achieve their fitness goals 100% of the time, the following three topics must be understood. We teach all of our clients these topics. There is no way around any one topic. There are no exceptions.

A. Nutrition-Generally requires the consumption of six smaller meals every day each containing a serving (i.e., handful) of protein, vegetables and carbohydrates. Proper nutrition accounts for over 60% of your success in achieving your fitness goals.
B. Cardiovascular Training-Generally required at least three times each week for at least 20 minutes.
C. Strength Training-Generally required at least three times each week for three months in order to significantly change one's physique. Without strength training, the average individual loses more than one-half pound of muscle per year after age 25.
