One-on-One Fitness has been twice-named by Men's Journal magazine
as one of the 100 best trainers in America, and listed in the 5 best trainers in Chicago
by the Chicago Tribune, the Chicago Sun Times, and WGN Channel 9 News Chicago.
One-on-One
Fitness' staff is comprised of the best personal trainers in
the industry. All One-on-One Fitness personal trainers have years
of extensive fitness and nutrition experience. Each trainer goes
through a rigorous hiring process, is highly experienced and
skilled, and
is nationally certified through the top “gold standard” personal
training certifying agencies in the country. Those personal training
certifying agencies include, but are not limited to: The American
Council on Exercise (ACE), The National Academy of Sports Medicine
(NASM), the International Fitness Association (IFA), the International
Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA), and the Aerobics and
Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
One-on-One
Fitness has trained male and female clients from ages 18 to
68 with
varying goals including fat and weight loss, toning, muscle gain,
stress reduction and management, sport-specific athletic training,
body
building and general health. One-on-One's clients include doctors,
lawyers, accountants, business owners, entrepreneurs, models,
actors,
hairdressers, teachers, housewives, corporate executives, sales
people and stockbrokers, to name a few.
One-on-One
Fitness uses goal-based programs to help their clients succeed.
They help clients keep a positive mental attitude, provide creative
and simple solutions for overcoming obstacles and show their clients
that the glass is always half-full, rather than half-empty. Most
fitness goals can be reached within three months, exercising just
three to four hours each week. To date, One-on-One Fitness has a
100% success rate with its clients who have completed their fitness
programs.
Because
of our years of experience with busy clients, we can relate to
the lifestyle demands of busy professionals, and are keenly aware of
the difficult balance between work and personal life.
Our
experience enables us to develop exercise programs for our busy
clients that improve their overall appearance, increase their energy
levels, maximize their results, and enhance their overall sense
of well-being.
